All K. Krucial Official merchandise is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Eligible claims will be reviewed for a replacement or refund.

Please review product sizing, color selections, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have entered production.
